Made from 100% premium quality Sunflower seeds. The Sunflower Oil is extracted from premium quality sunflower seeds which are harvested manually and sun-dried properly to retain their aroma, taste, and color. Oil is extracted using a wooden mortar and pestle machine applying wooden pressure. The temperature is kept below 50 degrees C and RPM less than 10 to avoid any heat generation. Whatever minimal heat is generated, is absorbed by the wooden pestle and not transferred to the oil. This helps the oil to retain its natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional profile. The oil is allowed to stand for two days to let the sediments settle down. The obtained oil is thick, opaque, aromatic, and as natural as it can be.
