Returns & Replacement Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Package received in leaked or broken condition
  • Product is expired or unfit for consumption

Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste or aroma preferences
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Orders placed with incorrect address/contact details

Food products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be requested for refund processing

Refunds are applicable only after verification of the issue.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
