Returns & Replacement Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Package received in leaked or broken condition
- Product is expired or unfit for consumption
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste or aroma preferences
- Minor packaging variations
- Orders placed with incorrect address/contact details
Food products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Policy
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be requested for refund processing
Refunds are applicable only after verification of the issue.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
